Hi, and welcome to Resonance Healing Sounds. I’m Alison, and I’m a London based sound therapist, although I do travel around!

I trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and I offer sound relaxation sessions where I play therapeutic instruments – such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls – to give you the opportunity to begin to restore physical and emotional balance.

You can find me across North London and the Midlands. Whether you’re new to Sound Baths, or you’ve enjoyed their benefits for years, I’d love to guide you on your next sound journey.

What is a sound bath?

Well, sound baths sessions are pretty special!

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience. You could call it a sound meditation. Therapeutic sounds and frequencies allow the body and mind to regain their full vitality. When the natural frequency of the human body is disturbed the deep vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and other instruments can restore balance and harmony.

All you have to do is get very comfortable and cosy… and then you do nothing; just lie back and let the sounds of the instruments wash over you.

In fact, attending a Sound Bath is one of the best things you can do for yourself. The sessions can benefit you across many areas including releasing stress and anxiety, calming the nervous system, improving sleep and helping with mental and emotional clarity. Becoming deeply relaxed can also help with muscle aches and pains as tension is released.
